As a seasoned Psychotherapist, I am dedicated to evidence-based counselling and fostering transformation through person-centered care.

My practice is uniquely informed by significant therapeutic expertise developed through rigorous training in counselling, care and support, and public health leadership spanning more than two decades.

I have driven national programs like HIV/AIDS and National Health Mission for more than a decade, rooted in guidance and counselling, community strengthening, and empowerment initiatives across 19 states of India.

This dual expertise allows me to seamlessly integrate clinical insights with a broader systemic understanding, delivering impactful change at both the individual and community levels.
